HCLTech completes Robotiq.ai acquisition to add RPA to UnO Agentic

HCLTech has completed its acquisition of Croatia-based Robotiq.ai, securing an enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) platform that it intends to combine with HCL UnO Agentic. In an October 26 stock exchange filing, HCLTech confirmed that HCL Technologies Austria GmbH, its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, had acquired 100% of Robotic Process Automation d.o.o., which operates as Robotiq.ai. The transaction closed at 4:58 p.m.
